We are looking for Enablement Tooling Lead - Remote / Telecommute for our client in San Francisco, CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $91.55hr - $96.55hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5 8+ years in Enablement, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Tooling Enablement roles.
  • Experience supporting or implementing enablement tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to partner with technical and product teams.
  • Strong execution and project management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in technical environments including tool integrations, workflows, and data.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, or LMS tools.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI-powered enablement solutions.
  • Hands-on, builder mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Focused on delivering practical, scalable outcomes quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the formulation and execution of enablement tooling strategy and support critical tooling initiatives across Scaled Enterprise Operations.
  • Serve as the primary enablement partner to technical teams, ensuring tooling launches are supported with strong change management, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Optimize the enablement tech stack, including tools like Highspot, Gong, Articulate, and Synthesia, to unlock real-time and AI-driven insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support the enablement of all major tooling initiatives such as telephony, workflows, and AI tools.
  • Develop and execute training programs, field readiness plans, and change management strategies.
  • Embed enablement into the tooling lifecycle from design through launch and adoption.
  • Ensure alignment between product, enablement, and field teams.
  • Assess and optimize usage of existing platforms to improve adoption, content accessibility, and field effectiveness.
  • Drive standardization across tools and workflows.
  • Operationalize real-time insights and recommendations for the field.
  • Support development of feedback loops between field performance and tooling.
  • Improve structure and usability of knowledge and content systems to ensure content is discoverable and actionable.
  • Establish lightweight governance for content quality and consistency.
