Work Flexibility: Hybrid. We are seeking a technically strong and collaborative Senior Lead Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team. This role focuses on shaping strategy and impact through modern analytics practices, mentoring others, and building scalable solutions that enable better business outcomes. You will provide technical leadership, support capability uplift, and drive adoption of best practices, tools, and platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. Analytics is about enabling better decisions, stronger performance, and sustainable value to support our mission to make healthcare better.
Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership - support solution design, advanced analytics approaches, and best-practice ways of working.
- Build capability - mentor and coach colleagues and stakeholders, strengthening analytics maturity across the team.
- Drive modern analytics adoption - champion tools, frameworks, and platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
- Lead strategic analytics initiatives - deliver end-to-end projects from problem definition through implementation and value realization.
- Improve team practices - identify opportunities to enhance analytics, engineering, governance, and delivery standards.
- Translate complex data into business value - develop analyses, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders - collaborate with business and technical teams to solve problems and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Share knowledge and expertise - foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Technology-related fields.
- 5+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or related field.
- Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable business value.
- Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
- Experience driving adoption of analytics platforms, standards, or best practices.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or operational functions.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms.
