Job Description:-

  • The key responsibilities of the role include
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a complex electronic trading environment
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Establish a high level of quality for production systems
  • Ability to see the issue through to resolution even if the final fix doesn't lie with the support team

Key Experience Required

  • Experience with Murex end-to-end systems and latest versions
  • Exposure to dealing with Traders and supporting the system
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working with Rates Credit SSA desks using ION MarketView or any other in-house applications
  • Knowledge of Murex functionality end-to-end to support trading
