The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the additional role of "Workshop Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide customer service from order placement to vehicle handover, including consultation and support.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork.
• Willingness to complete the required proficiency test or already hold the "Workshop Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills, with good PC and administrative abilities.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting, collaborative relationships.
