The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Handle billing for inpatient hospital services using DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation methods.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of patient administrative services across various facilities.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Ideally, knowledge of clinic systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
• Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing.
• High level of performance, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain overview in challenging situations.
• Professional and service-oriented interaction with diverse stakeholders.
