Recovery Claims Handler | Blisworth, United Kingdom | Hybrid

We're hiring for a leading global insurance services company committed to helping people through challenging moments by supporting recovery and delivering impactful outcomes. The Role

  • Manage a personal caseload to recover client losses efficiently.
  • Initiate claims, conduct initial investigations, and negotiate settlements with third parties.
  • Ensure adherence to office protocols and client service agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet key performance indicators.

What You'll Need

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Previous experience in travel liability recovery within legal, insurance, or claims management.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • A flexible approach to handling unexpected situations, including willingness to work additional hours when required.
