Diageo Liquor Sales Rep - Graduate Role

CGL – Retail Services represents two of Australia's most respected retail marketing businesses, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing. We partner with leading brands and retailers to drive sales, improve customer experiences, and deliver exceptional in-store execution through merchandising, sales teams, brand activations, training, mystery shopping, and audit services.

We are on the lookout for a motivated and hardworking Graduate Sales Merchandiser to join our Diageo Field Team!

Visiting key retailers, you will be responsible for delivering commercial growth, execution excellence and strong retailer partnerships across liquor outlets. Using your superior product expertise, you will passionately communicate the Diageo brands story and convert customer engagements into sales.

This role provides a clear development pathway into our Business Development Manager (BDM) Positions.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Recent university graduate or still studying in marketing, business or similiar
• First class communication skills
• A keen interest in the drinks industry - Bar skills are not necessary
• A self-driven attitude and reliability.
• The flexibility to visit multiple stores
• Confidence to provide a high level of customer service to create sales and return business for Diageo.
• Reliable vehicle and mobile phone
• A positive can-do approach!
