The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including recalibration of driver-assistance systems. • Assume the "Operations Manager (HWK)" role, managing technical and operational aspects of the service center. • Ensure adherence to company standards and manage daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover with exceptional service orientation. • Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders and dispatches. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo necessary training for the operations management role or already hold relevant qualifications. • A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer literacy. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with a hands-on approach.
