Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conversational AI / GenAI Architect with 10–15 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Java, Python, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Conversational AI solutions using Sierra, along with experience in LangChain or similar AI/GenAI frameworks.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and scalable enterprise applications and will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent, enterprise-grade conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and architect Conversational AI solutions using Sierra.
• Build intelligent, context-aware conversational experiences leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources.
• Integrate Conversational AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Develop scalable applications and services using Java and Python.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS.
• Apply strong system design and architecture principles to build highly scalable, reliable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Leverage Sierra and/or LangChain for AI orchestration, agent workflows, tool integration, and conversational experiences.
• Design solutions involving LLM orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, memory/context management, and AI agents.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices required to support Conversational AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
