Technical Program Management Intern

As a Technical Program Management Intern at Mastercard, you will help drive cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through execution. Working within a highly collaborative and innovative environment, you will support senior program managers in coordinating schedules, documenting requirements, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams, gaining hands-on experience with Agile practices, project management tools, and the software development lifecycle while contributing to impactful, real-world programs.

Responsibilities

• Support senior program managers in planning and tracking technical initiatives across teams
• Assist with creating project timelines, roadmaps, and status reports
• Coordinate communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Analyze project data to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Help document requirements, meeting notes, and action items
• Use project management and collaboration tools to maintain accurate project records
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance delivery and team efficiency
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions
