We are seeking passionate SEND Tutors and Teachers to join an impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in your local area while enjoying flexibility and professional development.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science.
• Support pupils with a range of SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to learners from KS1 to KS5.
• Work with referrals from local authorities and schools to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.
• Offer a role with purpose, contributing to a child-centred mission focused on support and education.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
