Days Only Shift (Mixture of 4's and 6's) We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrical Day Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider at a prestigious commercial office site in the heart of Mayfair.

This is an ideal role for an experienced engineer looking to advance their career within a professional and supportive environment. As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems on-site.

Working as part of a dedicated maintenance team, your duties will include both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fault-finding across the building.

What’s on Offer<br />Competitive salary of £48,000<br />25 days annual leave + bank holidays<br />Generous overtime available<br />Pension scheme &amp; healthcare benefits<br />Ongoing training and career development<br />Positive and collaborative team culture<br />Strong career progression opportunitiesKey Responsibilities<br />Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems<br />Maintain and service lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems<br />Fault finding, testing, and repair of electrical plant and equipment<br />Attend and resolve emergency callouts in line with KPIs and SLAs<br />Carry out minor fabric and basic mechanical tasks where required<br />Manage tools, materials, and parts required for maintenance activities<br />Supervise subcontractors and ensure work quality and compliance<br />Support the Lead Engineer and Account Manager with statutory compliance<br />Ensure maintenance schedules and operational targets are consistently metRequirements<br />Recognised City &amp; Guilds Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)<br />18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)<br />Proven experience in electrical building maintenance within commercial environments<br />Prior experience in a shift-based engineering role<br />Willingness to join a 1-in-4 call-out rota<br />Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledgeThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company offering a stable and rewarding career path, with ongoing support for your professional development.
