Responsibilities

Improving observability and monitoring across all network systems
Driving automation to reduce manual work and speed up fixes
Strengthening incident management and root cause analysis
Ensuring smooth rollout of new network changes and services
Working closely with engineering teams to maintain operational stability
Leading improvements in processes, tools, and operating models

Required Skills/Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in networking / infrastructure operations
Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change - Proven expertise
Strong background in large enterprise or carrier-grade networks
Experience with LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network security
Familiar with cloud networking environments
Strong skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Experience with ITIL / IT service management processes
Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible)
Salary:
200k + 50% bonus
