Senior Program Analyst - EIT

Looking for a experience professional with hands-on experience in CrowdStrike Falcon, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Zero Trust Application Access (ZTAA), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

The candidate will be responsible for administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, security policy enforcement, and continuous improvement of endpoint, identity, application, and network security controls.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon.

• Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.

• Experience with PIM, AD, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.

• Strong understanding of ZTNA, ZTAA, Zero Trust Architecture, and least privilege.

• Knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR).

• Experience with MFA, SSO, RBAC, Conditional Access, and identity governance.

• Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills.

• Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, proxies, VPN, firewall, and SSL/TLS.

• Experience with security monitoring, logging, and SIEM integration.

• Ability to create security policies, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
