Location: Holyhead
Salary: 14.50 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week with flexible working and core hours
Duration: 3-month temporary contract
Working Pattern: Primarily office-based, 5 days per week on-site
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience, particularly within HR or a professional services environment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting professional correspondence, including offer letters and employee communications
- Managing benefits-related inbox queries and responding in a timely and professional manner
- Processing and maintaining documentation and records accurately
- Following and updating established processes and procedures
- Supporting the wider HR and administration function with day-to-day tasks
- Liaising confidently with employees and stakeholders across the business
- Ensuring a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail at all times
About You
- Previous HR or administrative experience is desirable
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional letters and documents
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with people at all levels
- Resilient, proactive and able to work independently
- Experience working in a legal, HR or highly regulated environment would be advantageous
Additional Information
- Occasional travel may be required, including visits to vessels and attendance at quarterly team meetings in locations such as Dublin and South Wales
- This role is fully office-based and requires attendance on-site 5 days per week
