IT Testing Engineer III MMIS experience needed

Key Responsibilities
Provide MMIS and QA subject matter expertise to support testing initiatives and UAT activities
Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, test strategies, estimates, and testing schedules across multiple project phases
Define and tailor test conditions based on specific business and technical requirements
Plan and support SIT, UAT, and E2E testing activities
Track testing progress and prepare testing metrics, status reports, and other project reporting
Establish and maintain test environments and test data
Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect identification, tracking, coordination, resolution, and closure
Participate in root cause analysis with development teams to identify and resolve testing issues
Coordinate testing activities with vendors, fiscal agents, and cross-functional teams
Support User Acceptance Testing under the direction of the Test Lead
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to enhancements in testing processes and practices
Communicate testing status, risks, defects, and issues effectively to project stakeholders

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Bachelors Degree
