The Role • Provide exceptional guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs at all hours. • Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile cash transactions. • Handle reservation inquiries and manage guest bookings. • Assist with breakfast preparation and service. What You'll Need • Previous experience in hospitality or a related service industry, or a strong aptitude for a career change. • Excellent hosting skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to high-quality service. • Confident and clear communication skills in German and English. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support cross-departmental functions. • Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar hotel management software is a plus.
