The Role

• Generate technical documents for software/hardware, installation/operation/maintenance manuals, security configuration, network architecture, and system interfaces.
• Manage documentation products and repositories, including Wiki pages and SharePoint.
• Lead documentation efforts with engineering support for various teams, focusing on Program Manager and Engineering support requests.
• Embed with a team to build relationships, trust, and historical knowledge for prompt and effective task engagement.
• Synthesize information from various sources, including schematics, design documents, and diagrams, into clear documentation.
• Provide graphic design, publication support, configuration management, and quality control.

What You'll Need

• 5-8 years of technical writing experience in networking, software, hardware, or cybersecurity.
• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading technical schematics and translating complex concepts for varying audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
