We're hiring on behalf of a leading distributor in North America with over 45 years of success and a reputation for stability. This organization is looking for a strategic HR leader to build and develop the teams critical to its operational network.

The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting over 1,300 employees across multiple distribution centers.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement hands-on recruitment strategies.
• Lead and coach an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver HR programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to ensure the development of teams that power the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in hands-on recruitment, ideally within a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and coach HR teams.
