Job Description:

As an Infrastructure and Cloud Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across various environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. You will work with a team to administer cloud platforms, manage servers, monitor performance, implement security controls, and automate operational tasks to support the organization's IT infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Administer cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system configuration.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve incidents.
• Implement and manage cloud security controls, identity and access management, firewalls, and encryption.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including VPNs, routing, switching, and load balancers.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
• Collaborate with other teams to support deployments, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Requirements:

Required Skills: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), Windows/Linux administration, networking, virtualization, cloud security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, scripting, and infrastructure automation.
