Semarchy MDM Architect/Lead

The opportunity is for a Sr. MDM Engineer/Architect with specific experience in Semarchy (ideally with Financial Services/Asset Management clients), who has experience leading a small team and is very hands-on. They are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate leadership in MDM projects end-to-end, from defining business requirements to leading a tech team to implement them.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in longer-term projects, as short-term assignments are seen as a red flag for complex MDM projects.
• Must possess strong logical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Semarchy, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, Snowflake, DBT/Fivetran, Azure Data Factory (ADF), MuleSoft/Jittterbit, or similar technologies.
• Hybrid position requiring the candidate to be local to the NYC Metro area and expected to work 3 days a week in the mid-town office location.
• Highly competent senior consultant with experience managing small teams and business/tech leadership. Experience in mutual funds distribution and the asset management business is desirable.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills, including experience interacting with businesspeople.

• Proven track record in leading MDM projects from start to finish.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred
