Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Jira and Agile Adoption Subject Matter Expert (SME) to partner with our 40+ person HR Technology organization through the implementation and adoption of Jira as the team's primary project management and delivery platform. This role combines platform configuration, process design, Agile coaching, training delivery, and change management.
Objectives of the Engagement
• Establish Jira as the primary project and work management platform for HR Technology.
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, boards, and reporting.
• Train team members, leaders, product owners, and project managers.
• Implement sustainable 2-week sprint practices.
• Create governance, standards, and operating procedures.
