What's the role?

The Technology Analyst, SDLC & Flow is responsible for supporting the SDLC & Flow function by documenting and maintaining key Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, creating process artefacts and visualisations, and assisting with the continuous improvement of engineering delivery practices. The role works closely with stakeholders across Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk and Delivery teams to ensure SDLC processes are clearly defined, documented, communicated and adopted.

Key responsibilities include:

• SDLC Process Documentation & Management and standards
• Process Visualisation & Artefact Development including process maps, workflow diagrams and visualisation artefacts
• Operating procedures, playbooks and knowledge articles
• Tooling & Lifecycle Support
• Governance and compliance documentation
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Continuous Improvement and supporting analysis
  

What do I need? To be successful in this position, you should have experience in a similar role and have experience documenting SDLC processes within medium to large technology organisations. You will have a practical understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and engineering delivery practices. You'll have knowledge in creating process maps, workflow diagrams and business process documentation and be able to work with cross-functional technology stakeholders. Additional skills and experence include:
