Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Starbucks is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the reliability and performance of our customer-facing and internal digital platforms. In this role, you will design and execute test strategies, develop and maintain automated test suites, and validate web and mobile applications that support our stores and partners. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and operations teams in an agile environment, ensuring defects are identified, documented, and resolved. Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites for regression and smoke testing
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of digital platforms
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and operations teams in an agile environment
• Log, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolution and high product quality
• Validate data integrity using SQL and related tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards
• Provide clear test documentation, reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders
