REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant experience as a hands-on financial process analyst or finance leader –

• Direct experience with revenue recognition, project accounting, and fixed assets in a complex or non-standard

operating environment.

• Experience building complex strategic and tactical pricing models.

• Industry background in construction, retail, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL/4PL – traditional manufacturing-

only experience is not a fit for this specific role.

• Hands-on experience in workforce-augmentation or staffing-model industries – this is considered one of the most

important qualifications for this role given business model.

• Experience with HR and compensation management across varied compensation structures.

• Working familiarity with legal/compliance considerations relevant to complex staffing and logistics operations.

• Strong ERP experience; comfort working within customized or internally-built systems, not just standard

commercial ERP platforms.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous, evolving requirements

alongside client leadership.
