- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospective customer workflows, infrastructure, data integration requirements, risks, and implementation needs early on
- Own or contribute to the technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and prospective customer questionnaires, including but not limited to, security reviews, architecture reviews, technical diligence, and customer IT discussions during the sales process
-
Capture and share recurring customer requirements, technical objections, integration needs, and product gaps with the Partnerships, Product, and Engineering functions
-
Translate feedback from prospective customers into structured product insights and recommendations for the Product and Engineering functions
What We’re Looking For
-

-
Extensive experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
-
Extensive experience working directly with customers or external partners
-
Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage environment with evolving products, processes, and priorities
-
Experience working with health systems, healthcare technology companies, EHR vendors, or digital health organizations is preferred
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
Annual Salary:
$130,000 - $145,000 USD
Work Location Policy: Currently, we expect employees based in Durham to work from our office at least 3x a week. Employees who live outside of a 50-mile radius from our office may work remotely on a full-time basis with some travel to our office based on the needs of their function.
Relocation: For candidates who wish to explore relocation opportunities for this role, we can provide support.
