Service Engineer

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established internationally recognised machine manufacturer in their search for a Service Engineer to work in Flintshire

Job Details:

• An hourly rate of £15 p/h with additional pay for working away and overtime paid x1.33 over a 40 hour working week.
• Typically, Service Engineers in this role will earn £45,000 - £60,000 total package.
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Service Engineer will be working in a mobile role visiting client sites across the UK. Duties include mechanical service and maintenance of machinery, conducting both planned and preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown repair. You'll work with gears, conveyors, lifting equipment, and bearings. The role also includes attending emergency call outs, mechanical fitting and installation at sites, and assisting in the workshop with machine assembly work when required.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Engineer
• Full UK Driver's Licence
• NVQ/C&G qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• IPAF / PASMA / Confined Space Training Tickets
