Vehicle Glass Operations Manager | Wasserburg, Germany | Hybrid

Are you an experienced automotive technician looking to step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage operations for a leading provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services in Germany. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems.
• Take on the lead operational role, overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and order processing.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are met and manage inventory and audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience (e.g., Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Body Shop Technician).
• Willingness to obtain a certified operations manager qualification or already possess one.
• A valid driver's license (Class B), strong German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
