Business Development Executive

Fulltime (5PM to 2AM IST)

Bengaluru/Coimbatore


Required Skills

• Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation

• Experience with email & LinkedIn outreach

• Experience with paid version of email outreach platform tools like Apollo.io

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Experience using AI tools for personalization, sequencing, and research

• Ability to write high-conversion cold emails and messages

• Strong analytical skills (open rates, replies, conversions)

• Lead qualification and CRM/data hygiene knowledge

• Ability to follow structured outreach processes

• Strong communication and attention to detail


Good to Have

• Experience in ABM

• Knowledge of automation tools & outreach platform

• Exposure to US markets


Key Responsibilities

• Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

• Manage end-to-end prospecting and outreach

• Identify, qualify, and engage leads based on ICP

• Maintain CRM and track performance metrics

• Analyze and optimize campaign performance

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

• Achieve monthly/weekly targets for leads and meetings

• Coordinate with prospects and internal teams for scheduling

• Manage end-to-end meeting coordination and communication
