Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience gathering and analyzing complex business and functional requirements.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Business process mapping and fit-gap analysis
• BRD and SRS documentation
• UAT planning, execution, and defect coordination
• Experience with complex legacy system interfaces
• Experience supporting SDLC/project lifecycle activities
• HP ALM, Jira, Atlassian, or similar tools
• Strong remote workshop and stakeholder facilitation experience
• Strong experience with WIOA and PIRL
• State of Texas experience preferred

Location: US Remote
Occasional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs.
