Job description

We are looking for Lead Microservices Developer for our client in Irvine, CA

Job Title: Lead Microservices Developer

Job Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirements:

Strong experience working on distributed systems.
Strong core cloud technology concepts.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience implementing architecture blueprints along with techniques.
Experience in Azure Cloud, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong experience with NoSQL databases.
Strong experience in detailed design and implementing web-based applications using the .NET tech stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, nHibernate/EF, RESTful applications).
Strong experience designing Microservices and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) based architecture using open-source technologies such as React and .NET Core, along with application containerization using Docker or equivalent.
Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing using open-source technologies like ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
Good knowledge of implementing messaging queue tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with product-based development and the ability to define and articulate non-functional requirements (NFRs).
Awareness of performance engineering and web security best practices.
Strong understanding of OOP principles and SOLID principles.
Solid understanding of design patterns and cloud patterns.
Must be a team player.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expert knowledge in .NET, SQL, ASP.NET, and C#.
Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience writing tests with NUnit or XUnit.
Working understanding of Agile software engineering processes and methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
