Role Summary:
The Data & Integrations Lead owns the design, build, and validation of data migration, data quality, and system integration work for the Dynamic DSM Data Tracking System. This role is central to ensuring accurate, timely data flow between Dynamics 365, Power Platform components, Azure services, and existing systems of record. The role requires hands-on technical leadership as well as the ability to work directly with internal IT and security teams to navigate third-party access and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and execution of data migration strategy (legacy data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load into Dynamics 365)
Design, build, and test system integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and source systems
Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and reconciliation processes prior to and during UAT
Partner with the Integration Architect and Config Lead to ensure data models align with program requirements and downstream reporting needs
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for IT/security teams on data access, credentialing, and integration environment provisioning
Support cutover planning, including data freeze windows, final migration runs, and go-live data validation
Produce and maintain technical documentation: data mapping specs, integration design documents, and data quality reports
Identify and escalate data or integration risks early, given the compressed timeline and December holiday blackout period
Participate in daily/weekly project standups and status reporting to PMO.
