Project Manager

Project Manager - Construction -Greater Manchester/West Yorkshire We are working with a Northwest based International Construction contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects across the Northwest. The role is working in the industrial, commercial, Residential and public Building sector.

They have secured a number of new commercial build developments and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the construction teams on the projects.

They are looking for someone with a Tier 1 or regional main contractor background The role would suit someone with previous design and build experience, ideally involved in design, planning and pre construction.

Roles, Skills and Qualifications -Leading the Project, overseeing site management team -Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing -Developing project programmes -Client facing, working alongside local authorities -Organising and Managing sub contractors -Working alongside commercial and design teams -Chairing project meetings -Providing weekly/monthly reports -SMSTS -First aid -HNC/HND in Construction -CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6 + -Previous experience of leading multi million £ construction project -Driving Licence -Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills -Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage If you are looking for a new challenge please apply to Jack Birks at Setsquare.
