Remote Working, 3 weeks initially (Short-term)

Bench IT require an experienced Adoption and Change Consultant starting ASAP. The successful Consultant will be delivering user enablement, facilitation and adoption programmes. The individual should be comfortable engaging stakeholders, facilitating discovery workshops, developing persona-based use cases, supporting organisations to realise value from Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The Adoption & Change Consultant will lead the adoption and enablement workstream for Microsoft 365 Copilot, facilitating persona and use case discovery activities, developing benefits tracking approaches, and supporting users through early adoption and hypercare activities.

Discovery & Design

• Prepare and facilitate persona mapping workshops across leadership, operational, technical and corporate service functions.
• Conduct Copilot use case discovery and prioritisation workshops.
• Develop persona profiles and associated Copilot use cases.
• Produce the Use Case and Persona Mapping Report.

Benefits Realisation & Hypercare

• Create the Benefits Tracking Framework.
• Establish benefit measurement processes and review checkpoints.
• Support the customer in identifying early business value and adoption indicators.
• Addressing early adoption issues, recommending next steps.

Experience & Skills Required

• Microsoft 365 Copilot experience
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, and document persona-based use cases and requirements.
• Proven capability in producing reports and translating workshop outputs into practical recommendations and deliverables.
• Knowledge of benefits tracking approaches and the measurement of adoption and value realisation outcomes.
• Capability to provide hypercare support, gather user feedback, address adoption issues and recommend next steps.
