Job Description

Indotronix is seeking an : Onsite Job - Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineer Level 4 Work Location:St. Louis or Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO or St. Charles, MO or Mascoutah, IL.

Requested Security Clearance:Secret Is Clearance Required To Start?:Yes Shift:First Start Time:8:00 AM End Time:5:00 PM Travel Comments:Potential for very limited domestic travel

Position Responsibilities:

  • Apply engineering principles, standards, and best practices to support electronic and electrical systems development.
  • Develop, document, and maintain system requirements based on customer and contract specifications.
  • Create technical performance specifications and statements of work.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into system architecture, hardware, software, and interface designs while maintaining traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure operational and functional requirements are met.
  • Investigate and resolve product integration issues and production anomalies.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies for future system designs and business applications.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with program requirements.
  • Develop and maintain hardware, software, and interface specifications.
  • Support fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in a fully onsite environment.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • 5-9 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining electronic and electrical system requirements.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, hardware, software, and interface design.
  • Experience with system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to relocate to or currently reside in the St. Louis, MO area.
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret Clearance required before start.

Preferred Skills:

  • Aerospace industry experience.
  • Experience working on design, build, or test engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of engineering process development and improvement.
  • Experience with electronic/electrical system design and testing based on requirements.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data structures, and systems engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
