Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an admin support worker to join our expanding team. This is an exiting opportunity in an exiting time during the transition from a family run business Blakeman's and joining Cranswick. You will be helping the journey and ensuring proficiency for the business, coordinating with other members of the warehouse and ensuring tasks are met with priority.

Main duties include (but not limited to)

• To perform various admin tasks currently carried out by Team Leaders.
• Ensure data is collected correctly and completed as according to procedure.
• Complete SIC report on the hour every hour for all deparments.
• Prepare, print and present all material as required for the 09:12 DRM meeting.
• Adhere to all rules, processes and procedures in relation to work.
• Print all label requirement for all departments.

Requirements, experience and person specification:

• Level 3 in H&S such as IOSH managing safely or Cranswick equivalent
• Maths/English GCSE A -C or equivalent
• Food Safety Level 3(Level 4 Food)
• Food Safety Level 2
• Excellent levels of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of production processes
• Good time management
