Senior Application Analyst

• Location: Remote
• Facility: Remote
• Department/Specialty: IT Applications & Platforms - Clinical Tech
• Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30p CST l Full-time | Rotating on call week

• Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements to ensure clinical and business teams have dependable digital tools.
• Resolve complex application issues with vendor partners and internal engineers to minimize workflow disruptions and maintain system stability.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades and change controls using ServiceNow to keep critical healthcare technology secure and current.
• Champion data integrity, security and privacy standards across all supported applications to safeguard sensitive patient and organizational information.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare information technology, business analysis, application support or systems analysis.
• Proven track record managing change workflows, project tracking and daily collaboration through ServiceNow, Jira and Google Workspace.
