The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the company and with external partners. The Role • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with plant managers, field staff, and senior executives to mitigate risks. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. • Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior leadership. • Manage relationships with insurance carriers, attorneys, and external auditors. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management. • Proven experience managing a Captive insurance program. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high attention to detail.
