Corporate Recruiter - $35 - $50 Hourly Wage

Corporate Recruiter Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven talent acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our growing organization. We're looking for someone who thrives on networking, sourcing talent, attending career fairs and industry events, building candidate relationships, and driving the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding. What You'll Do Proactively Recruit Top Talent

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for engineering, surveying, technical, administrative, and professional staff positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, employee referrals, industry associations, universities, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted recruiting efforts.

Represent BC&F in the Marketplace

• Attend career fairs, university recruiting events, professional association meetings, and industry conferences.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, workforce development programs, and community organizations.
• Promote BC&F's culture, career opportunities, and employer brand.

Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle

• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate evaluations with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications, offer processes, and hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Drive Recruiting Excellence

• Administer and optimize recruiting workflows within Paycor and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, and reporting metrics.
• Analyze recruiting performance and implement process improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• For "Lead Corporate Recruiter" 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting.
• For "Senior Corporate Recruiter" 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work in-person at our Headquarters in Clovis, California.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, professional services, or consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting college recruiting, internships, and workforce development partnerships.
• Experience with Paycor or similar HRMS/ATS platforms.
