The Role

• Source, recruit, and qualify top-tier healthcare professionals for contract positions nationwide.
• Build strong relationships with candidates through various outreach methods, including databases, social media, and direct contact.
• Develop and implement targeted hiring strategies in collaboration with client managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through onboarding and credentialing.
• Support contractors on assignment by managing relationships, payroll, and contract extensions.
• Maintain a high volume of candidates through effective organization and proactive engagement in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing.
• A people-first approach with a passion for relationship building and customer service.
• Confidence in cold calling, outbound outreach, and consistent follow-up.
• Resilience and a driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume sales or recruiting setting.
• Strong sales acumen, including persuasion, negotiation, and candidate closing skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
