Job Summary
We are looking for a senior Product Owner + Data Governance Lead to drive data governance initiatives across Supply Chain data domains. The candidate will work with business, technology, analytics, and executive stakeholders to improve data quality, ownership, governance, and business outcomes.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong Product Owner experience
  • Data Governance experience with strong executive presence Mandatory
  • Supply Chain domain experience
  • Oil & Gas industry experience
  • Experience leading Data Governance programs/frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, and Governance
  • Experience working with Data Governance Councils / senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Sprint, TX
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance the Supply Chain Data Governance Program
  • Drive data quality, ownership, stewardship, and accountability
  • Chair/facilitate the Data Governance Council
  • Partner with business and technology teams to embed governance into projects
  • Track governance metrics, data quality, and domain health
  • Drive resolution of critical data governance issues
  • Promote data governance best practices and data literacy
