The Role

• Overseeing and providing comprehensive nursing care for intensive care patients.
• Administering and monitoring vital life support measures, including ventilation, infusion therapy, and medication administration.
• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining medical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Identifying and assessing critical changes in patient status promptly.
• Performing emergency measures and assisting in resuscitations.
• Collaborating closely with the medical team and interdisciplinary staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse with advanced specialization in intensive care.
• Several years of experience in ventilation and respiratory therapy in an intensive care setting.
• Proficient in patient monitoring (ECG, invasive blood pressure measurement, SpO2).
• High level of responsibility and confident action in emergency situations.
• Strong team and communication skills.
