  • Support both new and established jobs in a high-mix precision manufacturing environment.
  • CNC lathe/turning setup experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience independently setting up and running CNC lathes.
  • Experience with multi-axis turning, live tooling, C/Y-axis, and/or sub-spindle machines strongly preferred.
  • Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and dimensional inspection skills.
  • Experience machining complex, tight-tolerance components.
  • Working knowledge of G-code and CNC program adjustments.
  • Experience with Nakamura-Tome, Hardinge, or similar CNC turning equipment is a plus.
  • Mastercam experience is a plus.
  • Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, or other high-precision machining experience strongly preferred.
  • 90% of employee medical premiums covered
