The Role

• Provide service-oriented patient escort within the clinic, whether on foot, via wheelchair, or bed.
• Reliably receive and prioritize transport requests, coordinating closely with functional departments and inpatient units.
• Ensure the functionality and safety of all assigned transport equipment.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through friendly, clear, and service-oriented communication.
• Support internal clinic processes through reliable coordination and smooth execution of all transport procedures.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Health and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) with at least a 1-year program, or an equivalent qualification.
• A high degree of responsibility and a compassionate personality.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
