We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep technical expertise in both IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) suites.

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to ServiceNow development.
• Core Technical Competencies:
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), GlideScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and XML/JSON.
  • Hands-on mastery of ServiceNow Discovery patterns, Service Mapping rules, Event Management alert binding, and CMDB health metrics.
  • Strong mastery of relational database structures and SQL.
• Frameworks: Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
