We are seeking a specialized General Surgeon with a focus on Orthopedics for a renowned orthopedic specialist clinic. This facility is part of a leading healthcare group, known for innovative orthopedic treatments ranging from joint replacements to spinal and shoulder surgery, as well as sports traumatology. Here, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role

• Conduct outpatient diagnostics and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admission, surgical or conservative treatment, and discharge planning.
• Manage conservative therapies and engage in multimodal treatment for complex orthopedic cases.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and physiotherapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Actively participate in internal training and contribute to the development of orthopedic treatment concepts.

What You'll Need

• Completion of specialist training as a General Surgeon (m/f/d) or Surgeon (m/f/d).
• A strong desire to focus on the care of orthopedic patients.
• Prior experience in treating orthopedic conditions and performing musculoskeletal surgeries is highly desirable.
• A responsible, dedicated, and highly competent approach to your work.
• Excellent teamwork, empathy, and communication skills with both patients and colleagues.
• A keen interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and the advancement of modern orthopedic treatment concepts.
