Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager / Project Manager
Location: Remote

🔹 Must-Have Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 8+ years of Salesforce Project Management / Implementation experience
  • 8+ years of Agile/Scrum, Scrum Master, Jira & backlog management
  • 8+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • 8+ years of stakeholder management, requirements gathering & team leadership
  • Strong Healthcare Payer domain experience
  • Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements

🔹 Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years Salesforce Health Cloud
  • 3+ years Salesforce OmniStudio — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors
  • 2+ years Salesforce CPQ
  • 5+ years MuleSoft / Enterprise Integrations
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, AWS, REST & SOAP APIs
  • Salesforce Data Cloud / Member 360 experience

🔹 Mandatory Certifications

✅ PMP Certification
✅ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
✅ Salesforce Administrator Certification
