The Role

• Conduct strategic sales consultations with new and existing commercial clients to address pest control needs.
• Perform property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing empathetic problem-solving and clear communication.
• Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and utilization of sales tools.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals within a designated territory.
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses (company-paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access diverse property environments.
