Job Description
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Support Tikehau Capital's local team in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments in the DACH Private Debt and Leveraged Loan market and working closely with the Private Debt team and portfolio management
- Monitor a portfolio of companies across Direct Lending including financial performance, trading activity and credit developments
- Develop and broaden relationships with private equity firms, corporates, M&A and debt advisors, banks, law firms etc and strengthen the Tikehau Capital network
- Reviewing information and due diligence packs, financial analysis, modelling and financial expertise for valuation as part of the screening process of new opportunities.
- Developing of investment memoranda, cash flow-based models and sensitivity cases and materials for Tikehau's investment committee
- Contribute to portfolio reviews with the risk team and support broader portfolio monitoring processes
- Preparation of marketing, pitch and client presentations, documents and attend investor meetings
- Co-operation and support of other teams like Private Equity, Real Assets, Capital Market Strategies, where required
PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Banking
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private debt, leveraged finance, investment banking, private equity, restructuring, audit or advisory
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, portfolio monitoring and fund reporting
- Proven experience dealing with waivers, amendments, legal documentation and investment committee processes
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with a rigorous and hands-on approach
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple workstreams and interact confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and German
- High level of commitment, maturity, versatility, curiosity and team spirit
