Our client is currently seeking a C/C++ software engineer. This is a FT perm role and USC only! No 3rd parties or Corps will be considered. Active secret required Manager Notes: • 10+ years' experience • C/C++ software engineer • Part of the NSWC-DD Virtual Operational Missile (VOM) team • VxWorks (embedded) • Combat system engineering for the Navy • Standard Missile • Clearance required (must hold) • Located on-site in Dahlgren, VA _____________________________________________________________________ Full Job Description Software Engineer Dahlgren, VA Full-Time Secret Clearance Required Job Summary Seeking a Software Engineer in real-time, safety-critical software development for missile systems and weapon system test equipment.

Key Responsibilities Provide software development for missile system communications test sets and virtual operational missile (VOM) programs Design, develop, and maintain real-time, object-oriented software using VxWorks SMP RTOS on multi-core VME-based systems Participate in Waterfront Integration Tests (WITs), land-based tests, and flight test events Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Experience in software engineering, C/C++ coding and VxWorks Active Secret security clearance
